An IOP is a structured level of care that’s more involved than weekly therapy but doesn’t require residential treatment. Our Substance Abuse IOP is designed to help clients regain control of daily life, one day at a time, while staying connected to work, school, and family.

Treatment plans are collaborative, developed together with you rather than handed down. Depending on what you need, a plan might include individual, group, or family therapy, medication services, or a combination.
Individual therapy is one-on-one with a therapist. Group therapy is a structured setting where you share experiences with others facing similar challenges. Family therapy brings the people closest to you into the process to improve communication and reduce conflict at home. Many clients use more than one at the same time.
