Our Services
Six ways House of Help supports children, adolescents, and adults, individually and combined into a treatment plan built around you.
Individual Therapy.
One-on-one work between therapist and client, aimed at helping people face things that are hard to deal with alone: trauma, mental illness, grief, anxiety, and more. Sessions are paced around you, in a space built for honest conversation.
- A private, judgment-free space to be heard
- For children, adolescents, and adults
- Can be combined with medication services when appropriate
Substance Abuse IOP.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program helps clients regain control of daily life, one day at a time. It’s structured enough to build real momentum, while still letting you stay connected to work, school, and family.
- Structured outpatient support, not full-time residential care
- Built around your daily responsibilities
- Coordinated with individual and family therapy as needed
The rest of our services.
Group and family support, personalized treatment plans, and medication management, all working together around you.
Group Therapy
A structured group setting where people share experiences, guided by a professional facilitator. Group therapy builds a sense of “I’m not alone,” connecting you with others who understand what you’re going through.
Family Therapy
Focused on improving relationships and communication, reducing conflict at home. Family therapy brings the people closest to you into the healing process, not just the individual in treatment.
Treatment Plans
Personalized, collaborative care plans that may combine medication and counseling, depending on the person’s needs. Every plan is developed together with you, not handed down.
Medication Services
Prescriptions, monitoring, and patient education to keep clients healthy. Medication services are coordinated with therapy, never treated as a stand-alone fix.
Let’s figure out the right plan together.
Every treatment plan starts with a conversation. Reach out and we’ll help you understand which services fit your situation.
